A Recap of March 2012

So fast, it’s the time of the month to flip the calendar again! It gets me excited every beginning of the month cause I get to see new photos of my favourite boys! Last month it was just TOP and GD but this time it’s everyone from the group! Looking cute as usual ♡

Sometimes I really wish I had an iPhone just so I can do some proper editing to my photos before mobile uploading them. Something like this, done by my babe Angela.

Whenever I need editing, she always asks me to send the photo over through Whatsapp XD

Or even better, this! Done with Loo who will now see a bimbo on his screen whenever I call! Seriously epic but can’t deny that I love it!

March has been quite a dramatic month for me. But after all, dramas seem like an essential part of my life now from which I gain more experience and turn wiser. For a few days I felt like my whole life was topsy turvy. Now that I’ve gained back control, it’s all free and good.

Daisy ring. Bought quite a few other rings too but no photos. I never used to be so obsessed with accessories!

March 19 was Angela’s birthday! Bought her a pink Charles & Keith purse which I was tempted to keep for myself. A piggy cake from Meiyan, Chloe and I to surprise her on the day itself.

Karaoke session at Loudspeaker, First Subang. It’s effing cheap if you don’t already know. We usually go at 11am on week days and it costs RM10 per person with food and drink! And it’s proper food like fish & chips and chicken chop which taste really good, not just any cheap and crappy food! What a bargain! It’s officially our favourite hang out spot! XD

Oh, just thought I might post this up since this photo was tagged recently. We used to look like this 2 years ago! It was back then when I first knew them. So young and innocent! LOL.

My first time driving a Porsche. HAHA. Okay fine, I didn’t dare to drive it even though I was granted the permission. Only posed inside and pretended to drive. Wtfreak.

There were time when I complaint yerrrr why Malaysia no sell pretty cupcakes one? Then I went to this Wondermilk place at Publika which offers a variety of pretty mini cupcakes! I went like O.O BUY ALL THE CUPCAKES!!! instantly.

Quite pricey though if I remember correctly. It costs around RM5 for one mini cupcake.

A big bouquet of pink roses a few days before White Valentine (14 March). At this point, I have to claim that I’m still single and available. No, I don’t have a boyfriend. Yet. And I doubt I’ll get one anytime soon.

Sometimes things might seem beautiful and perfect but if given some time, they start revealing their ugliness and flaws within.

But despite the tormenting truth, I choose to indulge in the happiness derived from the simplicity of life. If you know me, I’m not exactly the type who dwells on unworthy objects regardless of my prior degree of passion obsession.

Oh, I’m really glad no one managed to prank me on April fool. Never tried to prank anyone either. Yea you think it’s funny and all, but it’s rather childish, from my point of view.

Seoul Day 7 - Spending our last day at Myeongdong

So sad this would be the last post on my Korea trip! I remember that devastating feeling on our last day knowing that we had to leave that lovely city in a few hours’ time; no more Kimchi and awesome street food, no more shopping at Edae for cosmetics and pretty clothes that say “Made in Korea”, no more clubbing at NB and dancing with Seungri (!!!), no more chilly weather to even complain about! Ugh. Especially after all the fun we had during the past few days of the trip, the thought of leaving was just so depressing!

Had Korean BBQ for our last meal in Seoul.

Pardon me for not having my make up on. Wouldn’t want to have layers of them while sleeping in the plane. Don’t you just love huge glasses? They do a great job in reducing the flaws and the illusion that my facial features are actually symmetrical, which to be honest, they are not!

Looks like we were given more taugeh than we would ever consumed. Katie hates it to the core.

I have to say compared to Paris Baguette in the city, this branch is pretty crappy. And much more expensive, obviously.

Seoul Day 6 - Nam Dae Mun Market

Our second last day was supposed to be devoted to sightseeing at Gyeongbokgong Palace. But instead, we were sidetracked as we got distracted by Nam Dae Mun market which we didn’t intended to visit but happened to pass by.

One entire row of restaurants located at a back lane. But if you were to hunt for food, I wouldn’t recommend you to eat here as these places are targeting tourists like us.

Food on display looked tempting but really, they aren’t that awesome.

We simply picked one restaurant. If I could remember correctly, the prices ere are slightly more expensive too.

Kimchi fried rice. Looks okay but was in fact tasteless.

Beef stew which was more like plain egg soup. The beef was way overcooked :(

Here we are, Nam Dae Mun market! It’s similar to Chatuchak market in Bangkok, except smaller. Lots of shops and stalls selling household stuff, souvenirs for tourists, accessories etc.

We got ourselves earrings and some awesome Big Bang merchandise!!! I’ve got Big Bang calendar and TOP’s posters all over my room now! Can’t possibly find these in Malaysia! *sheds tears of joy*

It was really cold at Nam Dae Mun so we dropped by Shinsegae to keep warm.

Bbopki – sugar lollipop with cute stenciled shapes. I guess it tastes like 麦芽糖？

Look at this greedy girl! Can barely hold on to all the food. HAHA. The corn there is really different! To our surprise, they’re really chewy in a good way. So unlike the usual corn, they don’t get stuck on our teeth even when we take a big bite straight from the stick.

Went back to the hotel and got ready for NB2. It was our last night in Seoul, our last chance to club so it had to be epic! Anyway here’s some entertainment for you. Another lamp, another lamp, another lamp, another lamp. LMAO!

It was a Sunday night. But the club is open every day throughout the week.

Glittering dress for the party! Noticed we still had our wrist band attached? It had been on our wrist since 2 nights ago cause we kinda hoped it would gain us free entry. But it was a weekend wristband for Friday and Saturday only XD

Okay don’t ask me why we didn’t take any photo in the club. We were having so much fun it kinda slipped outta our mind.

And the rest of the night is a mystery. Unless if I were to contribute my story for Hangover 3. Teehee.
