1.Business Law assignment plan (due on Friday!)
2. Business Statistics test revision (test on Monday, as in tomorrow -.-)
3. Economic Principles test preparation (test on Friday. I swear this is the lousiest week ever)
4. MOB online tests (tests from week1 onwards. sigh)
5. Convert BS assignment file and print it (idk how to convert Microsoft file! jeez)
6. Pick one, or maybe two birthday dress(es)
7. Visit someone’s house in Cheras (self-inviting, lol)
8. Buy a Blackberry Bold 9700 (likely to be postponed)
9. Dinner with the gang on Saturday night.
10. Get mentally prepared to be a 20-year-old.

What Distance I’d Go for My Other Half

Just as portrayed by Garrett and Erin, the love between my other half and I has never succumbed to the distance that separates us. Though we’re far apart, our love grows stronger each day and our hearts connect by the power of love.

Thank you b, you totally swept me off my feet and made me fell deeply in love.

There is one particular place that holds significance for us, as it was right there where we first met. Each time I go there, I would send you a text or MMS telling you how blessed I am to have found you. We never get tired of reminiscing the way we were brought together. It all started with a random question followed by a shocking answer, which then stirred up a mutual interest. Then things just started to fall into place.

I will buy you a gift occasionally when I go shopping. Nothing beats seeing the smile on your face when you unwrap my present. Even if it’s just a little pink teddy bear (which I bought because I like it, not because I thought you would like it XD), you would thank me for being so thoughtful and tell me how cute the teddy is.



I’m willing to give you half of my rice when we eat chap fan, knowing that your own portion is never enough! Teehee. You’re a totally sucker for rice. I love you because you are not fat for someone who can eat up to 18 bowls of rice in one meal!

When you’re back, I’m willing to spend every single day with you before you fly off and leave me behind again. I can live by seeing you all the time and never get tired. Life is so much happier and filled with laughter when you’re around.

Last but not least, I’m willing to follow you if you were to leave to a faraway place for good, even if it means having to abandon all that I have right here. I’m willing to go any distance with you, love!

I Have Big Small Eyes

It’s the third week of my first semester, and I thank God that I’ve finally settled down in Sunway. I used to be so uncertain about my life here, but now everything seems to be going well just as I’ve hoped for. It’s amazing how God has answered my prayer and provided me all that I asked for. Each morning I wake up praising Him for all the wonderful things in life, meanwhile pray for a good start of a new day =)

I’ve started attending City Harvest Church by the way. And CHC is really awesome! You’d probably know if you’ve been there. So motivating and inspiring! I have totally no excuse to skip Sunday service now. LOL.

Wanted to post up some photos of my room but realized it’s too messy. Wouldn’t want to show you picture of my room with bras lying on any visible corner. So, here are some self-taken shots! Ngek ngek. One of the study tables which was turned into a dressing table, where I spend at least 40minutes every morning.

You know how angle can really affect how one looks in a photo. I’m a big-eyed female alien! Wtfreak. I didn’t even edit this -.-



I figured out the best way to make my eyes appear balanced. If you’ve noticed, my left eye is much smaller than my right. (Okay you probably didn’t notice cause I always made sure I edit my left eye before posting them up). So by taking the photo leftward, it actually makes my left eye bigger! But I have to push up my hair otherwise it would make my face look weird.

(Wondering why I even bothered to explain so much. The whole point of it is to produce a pretty final photo that’s all. Who cares where and how!)

My housemate gave me a packet of instant spicy vermicelli thingy from China. Just tried it for dinner and it's yummy! Should ask her to get more from China next time. Hiak hiak.

I Feel Poor

I stay at an apartment behind Sunway College which is of walking distance. The rental fee of the medium room is costing my dad a bomb, but this can’t be helped cause that’s the kind of price we have to pay for a decent apartment which is so near from the college. So far I’ve enjoyed my stay here, mostly due to the fact that the room is spacious enough for me to keep all my junks. Other than that, I’ve got two kind and friendly housemates from China (who will probably turn me more cheena on top of my already cheena look). “So that makes 3 China girls in the house!” my mum said -.-

Feeling proud as I haven’t missed a single class so far (apart from Malaysian Studies which doesn’t count). Back and forth from the uni requires a fair amount of walking. It might not be that far from my place, but the weight of my lecture notes has been causing me muscle ache! I don’t usually keep them in my bags, afraid that the handle might break. What for carry a bag then? To keep necessities like wallet, mirror, lip gloss, perfume, glasses, sanitizer, tissue paper, plaster, pad etc. And not forgetting my pencil case and calculator! With all these things kept in the bag, how to fit in my lecture notes???

Speaking of bag, there are quite a few girls from my course who are using Longchamp. The other day when B asked what I think about Longchamp, “Why are you asking me about Longchamp? I have one but you said it looks auntie! Now you’re interested in auntie bag?” He said he might ask his friend to get me one from UK since my birthday is coming, but I said no since I’ve already got one (the only disadvantage is that it doesn’t come with long handle. Short handle really hurts my wrist). I then jokingly said I want Burberry instead. Very 得寸进尺 right! Later end up with nothing, not even the cheapest Longchamp. HAHA.

Don’t even dream about Burberry, cause his response was “What’s Blueberry?”
Oh well, the jam you sapu on your bread -.-

Having a tight budget this month, so I don’t think I’ll celebrate my 20th birthday after all =( Celebrated my birthday every single year, but now that I’m stepping into my twenties, it’s probably not a happy fact to celebrate huh? I should just stay home and sulk hoping that I can remain 19. No celebration=no present. *sad* I love the feeling of unwrapping birthday gifts. Nothing beats the joy of revealing those boxes of mystery. It’s a good idea to have a house party at home again, but I feel a little ashamed to have dad paying for my celebration, especially after all the money he has spent recently for my uni expenses. Today B offered to sponsor for my birthday though he won’t be here to celebrate for me. I rejected the offer though. Idk why?? LOL.

I Can Haz Uni Life

This officially marks the new beginning of my uni life.

3 weeks through so far, my schedule is already hectic with endless tutorials and assignments. I used to think that the idea of staying up late to complete an assignment task is ridiculous, but it all seems clear now. To briefly finish a task might not be too hard, however to hand in an excelent work that can guarantee you a 9 out of 10 if not full mark, surely requires a lot more effort.

I have one assignment due next Tuesday, and another the week after! Journal articles are a pain in the ass eyes! I spent hours reading and choosing the most appropriate articles, resulting in severe headache and dizziness. Now, all I need is a Kinder Bueno chocolate bar to enlighten my day. *noms*

Okay that's quite enough of chocolate break. Gotta get back to work now. And by work, I actually meant FB-ing. I'm having a headache! You don't expect me to read the long-winded journals, do you? Teehee.

Sibu- Diang Miang Ngu

Why Sibu? It’s not a tourism destination, not really the kind of place you would choose to go on vacation. If you ask me, I would say if given enough time and money, I would definitely pay my visit to every town in Malaysia.

Did I not sound very convincing? Fine, that’s not the point. For now, I’m just gonna post up some scenery shots throughout my stay in Sibu. Photos might be of a little lousy quality cause they’re all taken with my camera phone XD

Later on, we went to a Diang Miang Ngu stall somewhere around Wisma Sanyan (the tallest building in Sarawak). Had to walk past alleys in order to find our way there.



Apparently it’s a very famous Diang Miang Ngu stall in Sibu despite being an old shop lot. It was crowded when we arrived.



In case you have no idea what Diang Miang Ngu is, it’s something like Mi Hun Kueh, or what you call Pan Mee. Served with savoury soup, fish balls, black fungus and squids. The difference is the way they cook the dough by sticking them around the wok before mixing them into the soup.



The best selling point of this shop should be its home made fish balls.



It’s not recommended to eat Diang Miang Ngu during day time though, cause you’ll be flooded by your own sweat before you even finish it.

We were probably the last customers who left the shops. LOL.



After lunch, we drove past a park during which I captured this awesome photo. Like I said, the sky always looks good when I’m on vacation. Teehee.

Coco Steamboat with Bitches & Beasts

It’s been a while since the Bitches & Beasts (what my college mates and I called ourselves) had our last gathering. The Taylors’ gang had been so caught up with their assignment hence our gathering plan was often postponed. Now that they’re having a short winter break, it’s finally time for us to reunite! Especially with Ben leaving for Melbourne U in a few days from now! He’s secured himself a full tuition fees in Melbourne U, awesome!

We went to a new steamboat restaurant at Bukit Hijau, Cheras. Coco Steamboat if I’m not mistaken.



The usual steamboat ingredient.



Their steamboat soup is da bomb! Boiled with gigantic bones and idk what other secret stuff, it just tastes so heavenly it makes you crave for more! The unique selling point that made it so special compared to other steamboat.
