I’m a Musicon Celebrity thanks to Maxis Broadband

Hi there, this is Kate Perry! Thanks to all my hard core fans, I’m now a well-known pop singer. For those who haven’t heard about me, let me tell you a little secret! My surname is actually Hudson. But in order not to cause confusion between me and that film actress, Kate Hudson, it is inevitable for me to use a stage name. So, I had no choice but to steal my mum’s maiden name, Perry.

You know when you start getting popular, people would do all sort of things to worship you, like making you into a doll.

Gawd, I didn’t know I was that skinny! *grins*

They even copied my push up bra to the little doll??? *shrugs*

Recently, I was informed that girls heart my dresses as much as they heart my songs is that true?). As a matter of fact, I have always been an inspiration in the fashion trend for my unconventional dressing style. Two main features which I often apply on my outfit: 1)vintage; 2)flamboyant. Apart from that, I love clipping floral accessories onto my black silky hair.

In an ordinary citizen’s point of view, life as a celebrity is always fun and glamorous. Being followed by paparazzi like a superstar, riding on the shiniest limo, hooking up with Hollywood’s 10 Most Wanted Babes, dating the hottest celebrity (either of same or opposite sex), and owning uncountable designer labels. However, our lives are not as ideal as you would have thought, but rather, hectic and stressful. Imagine being spotted during my vacation at Hawaii, having my sublime body in bikini captured on somebody’s camera, then being posted to Gutterpost and who-knows-what-other-gutter-websites! Baam! Within a mouse click, my private personal life is revealed to the world!

Although I resent the invasion of my privacy, a reasonable amount of it would certainly contribute to my publicity. Without these, my albums would not be selling like hot cakes worldwide. Speaking of publicity, I will be making a public appearance on Nuffnang’s Music Bash 2009 sponsored by maxis Broadband. It is on 4th of April (coming soon!!!) from 6pm-10pm at Maison Club. It is an exclusive party meant for music celebrities like me. Teehee.

Never mind about those singing and dancing part. You know that’s what we do when we gather around. What seems appealing about the party is none other than the prizes! Oh gosh, I am aiming for the best dressed award this time! Can you believe that Paris Hilton received the best dressed award during the previous Halloween party??? Seriously, with that tacky red furry stuff around her shoulder and the slutty net stocking! I am glad that she did not bring her Chihuahua, in case it poo poo on my dress. Ok, not that I was present that night. In fact, if I were there, she wouldn’t have won so easily! This time, I will be there to take you down, Paris! Just you see! XD

I’ve contacted my designer this morning and he said my awesome dress will be ready by tomorrow! OMG this is really exciting! All I need now is some accessories and hair product. Oh oh, gotta hire someone to polish my heels!

Should I bring an R&B singer as my partner or just a secret anonymous date to the party? See, whoever says celebrities do not have to encounter such difficult decision making! Gotta listen to my manager’s advice and my fans’ opinion.

So, who would you like to see as Kate Perry’s date on the music bash? XD

Pool Side Picnic

Approximately one month ago, Katie had to leave to Melbourne again after her few months of long summer holiday. Being her two closest and “best-est” friends, Jess and I went back to Muar for our last girls-day-out farewell. This time, instead of our usual hang out at cafes, we decided to have a private pool side picnic, or at least that was what we called it. Alright, it was real picnic k! Considering there was a picnic basket and real picnic food like sausage roll (as claimed by Katie) wtfreak. And of course, accompanied by champagne (sparkling juice HAHA but champagne sounds nicer) and a few other snacks.

We were grateful that Katie’s grandma borrowed us her resident pass to the apartment. In fact, our intention of having a picnic was to capture awesome pictures (of us, of course) in party dresses!

Trust me, apart from shopping, her favourite past time is posing in front of her mirror at home. That explains all.

Jess isn’t as innocent as she looks because she is the bitchiest among us, in fact, the bitchiest bitch ever! XD

My hair looks best on a breezy evening.

Whoever wears heels to the pool side? We, the greatest!

Time to open the champagne. Visit Katie’s post for the cork popping video. Not gonna post it here cause my shouting in the background is rather embarrassing. Wtfreak.

Instead of being given boring job like carrying our bags, this time Jess has been assigned to pour our champagne. Teehee.

Katie and Kate =)))

No alphabet tarts for Jess, but at least she got doughnut balls which resemble her face XD

Champagne, for friendship!

Mini Cornettos which I had eaten three that night before sleeping. The next morning my period came -.-

How could we have a pool side party without swimming? It’s Muar, where most people are narrow-minded and conservative. So, no bikinis!

My hair so long and nice right? XD

Is this skimpy or what? Because the horny annoying guard kept making negative remarks like “jalan terlanjang-lanjang” or was it “jalan terjongeng-jongeng”, whatever it means. I think he was saying that our outfit was too revealing. Wtfreak.

Oh, he even demanded us to put on swimming cap before entering the pool! Gosh, and it was like, an obligation. Jeez.

Screw him! Screw swimming cap! Seriously. I would have kicked him into the pool if he demanded us to wear goggles.

We did not leave until the sky turned dark. By the time I was freezing like a pathetic drenched stray cat.

This is where we spent our sleep over that night! Katie’s mini library or whatever you call it.

A TV with a DVD player! We watched a gigolo movie before sleeping.

I miss you babe! It sucks not having you here. And you are the only one whom I can tell my secrets to, the only one who understands me well, and the only one who always tempts me to buy almost every single outfit I try on!

Can’t wait for you to come back on June! We gotta have another extraordinary GNO! <3

Because I am Cute

As a continuous entry from my previous hair post, here are the pictures I had promised!

After looking back at the photos again and again, I have decided that it is better not to post up photo of me without the sunglasses. I looked too much like a tranny with bad hair!!!

It’s amazing how a pair of shades can add points to your appearance! I don’t care if you call me kumbang (bug) or lalat (housefly), giant sunnies are my new-found-best-friend! XD

By the way, have you figured out that it wasn’t exactly my new hairstyle? Just a wig I tried on for fun! Hiak hiak. Dad bought it for his mannequin the other day.

Here’s the other shorter one.

Cute right cute right??? Tell me I am cute! Don’t laugh!

Another photo which shows you the true colour of the wig. Teehee.

Ok lah, I know you still want to see me in that long curly wig. I am posting this just because my eyelashes look good!

Those are my real lashes by the way. Aren’t they long? XD Too bad they grow downward. But exactly the type of natural curled-up lashes we adore.

Sis and I. The wigs look so scarily-fake under my flashlight. No choice, cause by the time the sky had already turned dark. So bimbotic right, camho in the car until the sun went down -.-

Alright that’s all for now.

Time to tell me what you think about my cute short bob wig? =))

Dinner was served that night. Thanks to Friendster Cafe.

After filling our stomach, (no, I was still eating when the emcee started talking!!! so I decided to abandon my food, wtfreak) the emcee, Jonathan showed us the commercial video for the new service. Apparently we are the first group of people who got the chance to watch it.

Must watch, damn funny! Teehee.

Demonstration of the DiGi IM service.

There were so many big round yellow emoticons hanging from the ceiling, which we plucked off and brought back home after the event. That’s me, Jamie and Chris Thoo.

Next up, it was Q&A section. All the answers could be found in the brochure we received at the registration table. I was literally raising my hand up and shouting so desperately, so the person-in-charge finally chose me! That was how I got myself a Logitech headphone! XD

Look, I wasn’t the only desperate one. Everyone was crazy! “CHOOSE ME! CHOOSE ME!” LOL.

Later on, Yat and Cindy were chosen to represent angel and devil each for a MSN debate on a given topic.

Poor Yat should have been the devil instead of angel.

They received a 4GB pendrive each! =)

Time for lucky draw! The moment every kiddo in the café had been waiting for. Aww, though we might be old, but we are young at heart k! We heart lucky draws! Lucky draw prizes make us happy!

See how excited Thomas was being one of the lucky one who received the cap! ROFL!

David and Yat were lucky too! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Don't laugh at them lah.

Oh well, to be honest, I was praying so hard that I wouldn’t get the cap. I wanted the Rayban or Oakley shades! So at last I did not get the cap (phew). But I did not get the shades either!!! *roarrrr* I nearly did. Just one digit difference. Soon Seng got it. Hmph!

Jamie with Zoe’s shit (HAHA wtfreak?), me with Kenny’s Oakley shades and Zoe with Chris Tock’s cap.

Wait, lucky draw wasn’t the best part yet. The best was when they asked volunteers to go forward and imitate the emoticons on the projector screen!

There were 3 emoticons altogether, being imitated by 3 people each. Of course, 1st prize, 2nd prize and 3rd prize rewards were given for each group based on the audiences’ judgement.

Look at Kim! LOL.

I am so fugly! -.-

1st prize- a Livecam! (wtfreak I wanted that!!! *sobs*)
2nd prize- 4GB pendrive.
3rd prize- brochure! HAHAHAHAHAHA pwnd! Pity them la weh.

After the event, we stayed back for interaction and camwhore! Pictures time!

Me, Zoe and Sue.

Babes. Sorry, not including you both, Chris-es! XD

Me, Yat, Kim and Andrew.

We have long and silky hair! Teehee.

Oh, did I forget to mention that we too received one t-shirt each at the registration table?

Cute yea!

Pictures credited to Nigel, Saimatkong and Jamie and Andrew.
